Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee that when the system we installed is properly operated and maintained in accordance with the operation manual, the system will perform as stated below:
During the summer, when it is 98 degrees outside and your thermostat is set at 75 degrees, there will be a variance of no more than 2 degrees at the thermostat (plus or minus).
The same applies during the winter. When it is 30 degrees outside and your thermostat is set at 75 degrees, there will be no more than a 2 degree variance at the thermostat (plus or minus).
If the comfort temperatures are not achieved, we will make any modifications or repairs at no charge to you for a period of five years.
If the system cannot achieve the comfort temperatures, we will replace the system at no charge to you.

Accu-Temp will respond to any request for service The Same Day you request it, even Sundays or Holidays!
In addition, we promise that within 24 hours of arriving at your home, we will solve your air conditioning or heating problem and get your system cooling or heating again.
If for any reason we do not keep our promise, we will put you and your family up at a local hotel until we are able to solve your problem and get your system cooling and heating again.

Property Protection Guarantee
All property such as lawns, shrubbery, furniture, doorframes, walls, floors, and ceilings are protected during the installation of your new system.
Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used in all work and traffic areas.
